Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150. 

Processing time for orders placed is typically 2-3 days. Standard shipping time can vary between 5-7 business days. 

Orders cannot be updated or canceled after being placed. Please ensure that your contact information and shipping address is entered correctly. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to get it to the correct address. Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

Joey Lynn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier that may prevent them from meeting their guaranteed shipping time.

Any shipping costs incurred to exchange / return an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
